REGISTRATIONS

1. INFORMATIONS

Particular care to the organization of this meeting has been taken, with over 80 staff to warmly welcome you.
In order to facilitate the organization of this meeting (logistics and conviviality), we ask all pilots interested to enrol as early as possible.
Your enrolment will be confirmed you by mail accompanied by the last general information.
We signal you in information page the good addresses of the area.
The lodging is not taken in account.
A - Camping & Tents - area is available on site with showers & WC at your disposal.


2. CONDITIONS

All pilots are welcome.

It is not necessary to belong to the FFPLUM or to any federation or club to participate.
You must have a patent of paramotor pilot, an identified wing, an insurance (RC) under validity.
Concerning tandem, you will be allowed to flight but it is prohibited during this meeting, to make paying tandems flights.


3. BENEFITS

Expenses of involvement to this world convention include :

a) Pilot registration -pilot pass, informations, regional colour card, memories-
b) The Breakfasts of Fridays, Saturday and Sunday
c) The Lunch of Saturdays and Sunday
d) The Pilots Dinner of Saturday evening Registration fee :

PILOT a + b + c + d : 75€
NON PILOT b + c + d : 55€
PILOT (without lunches) a : 30€

You can register :

- By Post, sending the registration sheet with your pilot and paramotor documents.
- By E-mail, sending the registration sheet in attachment with your pilot and paramotor documents scanned.


IMPORTANT

For all foreigns pilots

Taking into account that from one country to another, regulations and airspace restrictions being different, we ask all foreigns pilots participating in the mondial 2008 fly-in to contact us and forward all pertinent documentation (pilot permit, type of paramotor, insurance, ...) as soon as possible via e-mail in order for us to obtain the appropriate and necessary authorizations.

THE REGISTRATION HAS TO BE SENT BEFORE YOUR COMING
(June 18, 2008 as a MAX DEADLINE)

SPECIAL CARE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF THE FOREIGNS PILOTS : All foreigns pilots who have a FAI Licence and a valid insurance will be able to participate to the 5th Paramotors World Show in Basse-Ham - FRANCE. The required conditions to participate are as follow : - have an FAI license - have a valid insurance (you will have the possibility to take an insurance on site for 15€) To obtain a FAI license (free of charge), you should contact your country FAI representatives , (look on the website www.fai.org microlight - delegate activity). The pilots of the following countries -Germany, Canada, Great-Britain, USA- will be able to flight with the licenses and the machine certificates of their countries and a valid insurance. Provide us a copy of all your documents before the 18.06.2008

NOTA :

- Pilots of all countries have to register as soon as possible
- Foreigns pilots who have a French patent must be in possession of their machine certificates or must ask this certificates to the aeronautical district which has delivered the patent.
- All the pilots must have an insurance
- Possibility to take a temporary insurance on site
